Terms of Service

Hulul Space provides technology services including, but not limited to: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system design, implementation, and support Custom software and application development IT consulting and technical advisory System integration and automation solutions Ongoing maintenance and technical support Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and conditions for each engagement are defined in separate service agreements or proposals signed between Hulul Space and the client.

By engaging our services, you agree to: Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project delivery Designate a responsible point of contact for project coordination Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes Ensure that any data or content provided to us does not infringe third-party rights Comply with all applicable Saudi laws and regulations in relation to the use of our solutions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: All solutions, source code, and deliverables developed by Hulul Space remain the intellectual property of Hulul Space Company. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered solution for their internal business operations. Transfer of full ownership of a custom-developed solution to the client occurs only where explicitly agreed and documented in a separate written agreement, and may be subject to additional fees. Hulul Space retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in delivery, regardless of any ownership transfer of the final solution. Hulul Space retains the right to reference the engagement as part of its portfolio, without disclosing confidential business information. All content on hululspace.sa, including text, logos, graphics, and design, is owned by Hulul Space and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, business, or technical information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement. Hulul Space will not disclose client data to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the contracted services.

Payment terms, rates, and invoicing schedules are defined in individual service agreements. General conditions include: Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the service agreement Late payments may result in suspension of services All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated; VAT is applied in accordance with Saudi regulations Disputes regarding invoices must be raised in writing within 14 days of receipt

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hulul Space shall not be liable for: Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services Business losses, data loss, or loss of profits not directly caused by our proven negligence Failures resulting from factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party systems, infrastructure, or connectivity issues Our total liability for any claim arising under a service agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Hulul Space warrants that services will be delivered with reasonable care, skill, and expertise. We do not warrant that software or systems developed will be entirely error-free, but we commit to addressing reported defects within agreed support terms. Our website is provided on an 'as-is' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the website is free of errors or viruses.

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable service agreement. Hulul Space reserves the right to suspend or terminate website access for any user who violates these Terms. Upon termination, clauses relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, payment obligations, and limitation of liability shall survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Saudi Arabia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
