A custom ERP that runs an entire auto workshop.

HD Signature Motors needed to run a full-service auto workshop on one system instead of scattered spreadsheets and paperwork. We built a custom ERP around their exact workflow — from the moment a vehicle is checked in to the day it is delivered and paid.

Every job starts as a digital job card: customer and vehicle details, odometer and fuel level, and photos of the vehicle from every side at intake. Work is split by discipline — mechanical, electrical, painting, denting — each assigned to the right technician, with parts and services itemized line by line so cost, selling price, and profit are calculated per job automatically.

Jobs move through a clear status flow — Estimate → Work in Progress → Ready → Delivered — with payment status and mode tracked throughout, and a custom WhatsApp integration automatically keeps customers updated as their vehicle moves through each stage. On top sits a custom analytics dashboard covering jobs, workload, and revenue trends with breakdowns by status, category, and payment method.

The result is a single source of truth for the whole business — the front desk, the workshop floor, and the owner all work from the same live data, and management can read the health of the shop at a glance.
